Tim leads Ampla’s Family and Legacy teams to create great customer outcomes. With over 15 years’ experience driving positive change in and around the legal, financial and insurance sectors, he really understands what our Clients and Partners value when it comes to Ampla’s products and service delivery.

Bob Bains Commercial Director

Bob has a diverse and successful career within small Private Equity backed to multi-national organisations and across multiple finance and sales channels. Managing large multi-disciplinary teams he enjoys developing and bringing innovative product to market which deliver real value to customers.

Natalie Player Risk Director

Natalie practised as a family solicitor at a top central London law firm before moving into litigation finance in 2017. Drawing on her broad experience across both fields, she is focussed on delivering a streamlined risk profile for the business to facilitate an easy and responsive application process for our clients, whilst maintaining the integrity and values intrinsic to Ampla.

Andrew Shirtcliff Business Development Director

Andrew brings his extensive experience to develop Ampla’s Legacy product and responsible for the company’s relationships in London and rest of the UK.

Chantelle Atille Partnership Director

Chantelle joins Ampla with over 18 years’ of experience within the finance and banking sector. Building valued relationships with partners in London adding value to the client base we serve.

Grace Fuller Risk Operations Manager

William Dorey Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinator

As our Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinator, William supports the family team with planning and arrangements, ensuring that operations run smoothly and in a timely manner.

Nigel Shepherd Adviser

Nigel brings over 35 years of family law experience to Ampla, being the only person to have twice chaired family law association Resolution and with extensive experience as a solicitor and collaborative family practitioner. In 2019, Nigel was awarded awarded the Cornwell Award for Outstanding Contribution to Family Law.
